Only 30 pitchers (High School, College, or Professional) will be allowed during the two-day session. Join Camp Director, John Pawlowski and make improvements this summer at a state of the art facility in Lexington, South Carolina

Highlights Include:

  • Professional Instruction and Analysis

  • 3 dimensional motion capture while pitching

  • Post Lab Reporting

  • State of the Art Training Complex

  • Pitch Design & Physics using Rapsodo

Traditional – traditional aspects in every sense. Fundamental and advanced instruction led by a former MLB pitcher who has also been a D1 head college baseball coach for nearly 20 years. Traditional in a sense that you will hear it, see it, and do it on the mound and in the classroom.

High Tech – technology has infiltrated into many aspects of life, play, nutrition, and even rest. This clinic features state of the art motion capture and analysis with a keen focus on performance improvement. Other metric capture devices such as Rapsodo, PitchLogic, Radar Guns, etc. will be used to measure and provide individualized feedback and analytics. Pitchers who wish to take their performance to the next level will gain valuable insights into leveraging their physical capabilities.
